About Kelly:
Kelly is a Partner at Ferrer Goldfine Law Group. She is a trust and estates attorney assisting her clients with a wide array of estate planning needs. Her area of focus ranges from preparing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and charitable trusts to assisting individuals with minimizing taxes and asset protection planning.
She is experienced in advising high net worth individuals on sophisticated estate planning techniques and wealth transfer strategies.
Kelly's practice also includes special needs planning and guardianships. Kelly provides a full array of services relating to residential real estate transactions, including purchases and sales of residential homes, condominiums, co-ops, etc.
Prior to joining, Ferrer Goldfine Law Group, Kelly was the Vice President of Corporate Development for The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, Mid-Atlantic Region. There, she was responsible for implementing financial planning programs for senior level executives at FORTUNE 1000 companies. She began her career at The Ayco Company as a Financial Planner where she provided estate planning, tax, investment, insurance and retirement planning advice to C-suite corporate executives.
Kelly graduated from Villanova University where she studied Political Science and English. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law. During her tenure, Kelly was Editor in Chief of "The World Arbitration and Mediation Law Review" and earned the Excellence in Professional Responsibility Award.
She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
Kelly grew up in Long Island, New York. She currently resides in Bergen County, New Jersey with her husband, Matthew, a Child Psychologist, and their three children.
